Postnatal Fitness Trainer
Walking alongside you through some of the biggest physiological and psychology changes your body will go through. We will focus on rehab/recovery, improve function of core/pelvic floor, and rebuild strength/aerobic capacity.
Pricing and Package Options:
8 Week Program for $300

Monthly Program for$140 per month (minimum 6 month requirement)
